I am not certain if this is a Hubley piece, although I think so. I am certain that it is made of cast iron and marked with #12.

These two little dishes have identical designs, but are enameled in different palettes.

Measurements: This is an amazing set of 19th century Japanese hair ornaments, decorated (both sides identical) with gold pique work in a chrysanthemum pattern. (The chrysanthemum is symbol of the sun; the Japanese consider the orderly unfolding of the chrysanthemum’s petals to represent perfection.)

Each blade is marked with the double stick figure emblem and the words: J.A. Henkels Germany.
